Returns

We make every band to order, so we ask you to choose carefully. That said, we won't leave you stuck with something that's wrong.

Changed your mind?

If you're in the EU or UK, you're entitled to return an unworn band within 14 days of delivery. Email us first at marloopofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Return postage is on you, and the band must come back unused in its original packaging. Once it reaches us, we'll refund the product price within 14 days.

Something wrong with your order?

Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — that's on us. Send a photo to marloopofficial@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, return postage included. Usually we won't even ask for it back.

Not shipped yet?

If your order hasn't left us, we'll cancel it and refund you completely. Just email us.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return or agreeing one. We reply to every email within a business day.
