What it costs

Free worldwide shipping, fully tracked, on every order. No surprise fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

When it arrives

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days depending on where you are. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

We know that's slower than a lot of stores, and we'd rather be honest about it. Our bands are made to order and shipped directly from our manufacturer — that's what keeps the price where it is instead of doubling it. Worth the wait, we think.

Where we ship

Across Europe, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, and plenty of other countries. If yours isn't showing at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Customs and duties

Orders going outside the EU may pick up import duties or taxes when they land, charged by your local customs. These aren't included in our price and aren't something we can predict or control — they're the recipient's responsibility.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your order hasn't turned up within 30 business days, email marloopofficial@gmail.com. We'll chase it down and either resend or refund.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can fix it if you email us before your order ships — but once it's gone, we can't reroute it, and we can't refund parcels lost to an incorrect address.
