Welcome to Marloop. By using this store or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. Please read them.

Who we are

Marloop is an independent brand based in Cyprus. Our bands are aftermarket accessories designed to fit WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP 5.0 MG devices. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WHOOP in any way. "WHOOP" is used only to describe which device our bands fit.

Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm it once payment is authorised. We may refuse or cancel any order — including if a product was listed at the wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if an order looks like it's for resale. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Products and images

We photograph our bands as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different from screen to screen. Bands are made to order and printed on demand.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Euro and include tax where it applies. We take payment at checkout through the methods shown there. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs, and how returns work are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Those form part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate details when you order — especially your shipping address. We can't reroute a parcel once it's shipped, and we can't refund orders lost to a wrong address you gave us.

Liability

We stand behind our products, but to the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — our name, designs, text, and images — belongs to Marloop and can't be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This doesn't remove any consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version live when you order is the one that applies.
